Acceptance
By creating an account or using LoadMood, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
The service
LoadMood is a free gaming routine and session-tracking application. We provide mood-based game recommendations, session timers, gaming journals, gamer profiles, and an optional community. The service is provided as-is without guarantees of uptime or availability.
Your account
You sign in with email/password, Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not use another person's account or create accounts on behalf of others.
Your content
Journal entries, notes, session data, posts, comments, stories and photos you create belong to you. By posting to the community you grant LoadMood a limited license to store and display that content within the app. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Games you add
You can add games that aren't in LoadMood yet, from Steam, or ask the team to add one. Added games start out visible only to you. The LoadMood team may review, edit, merge, approve or remove them, and approved games become part of the public catalogue for every player.
Community rules
You are solely responsible for what you post. You may not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or threatening, spam, or that infringes others' rights, and you may not impersonate anyone or abuse other players. LoadMood has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
Reporting and blocking
Every post, comment, story and player profile has a Report option, and you can block any player from their profile so you no longer see what they post. You can also report abuse to support@loadmood.app. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and eject the users who posted it by suspending or permanently banning their account. We may also remove content or ban accounts on our own initiative.
Affiliate links
“Where to get” links may be affiliate links to third-party retailers. If you buy through one, LoadMood may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Purchases are governed by the retailer's own terms; LoadMood is not a party to them.
Prohibited use
You may not use LoadMood to violate any laws, impersonate others, gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service.
Intellectual property
The LoadMood name, logo, design, and code are the property of Sadelica Studio. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
Disclaimer
LoadMood is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account) or by emailing support@loadmood.app.
