In the app
Open LoadMood, go to Profile → Settings (the gear icon) → Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. Your account and its data are deleted right away.
Without the app
Email support@loadmood.app from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm by email and delete the account within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Account
- your sign-in, email address, profile, gamertag and profile photo.
- Gameplay
- your play sessions, journal notes, moods, stats, streaks, library, wishlist, ratings and the games you added or requested.
- Community
- your posts, stories, comments, reactions, follows, messages, squads, parties and voice messages, plus reactions and comments others left on your posts.
- Device
- your push notification tokens.
What we keep
Reports you filed about other players stay with our moderators without your name attached, so a report about abuse can still be acted on. Crash reports do not identify you and expire on their own within 90 days. Nothing else is kept.
